Bernie Sanders And Elizabeth Warren May Have Just Saved Consumers $14 Billion

It’s about time, though I have to say that it fills me with pride to see that the names Warren, Sanders and Markey throughout the article. I haven’t had cable in years, but my mother has been fighting on a regular basis with Time Warner Cable, they who know nothing about customer service, though they are the king of adding items to your bill and increasing rates when they feel like it. I have yet to find an industry that does better economically or does better in customer service or does better with profits when they throw customers under the bus all in pursuit of profit and better stock prices. Why can’t we have anything nice be affordable, 100.00 a month is not affordable for cable and don’t get me started on bundling, I believe that they bundle you precisely so you can’t escape or opt out of your package. My family in France pays about 35.00 a month for television, wifi, and telephone both local and international, we like to think of ourselves as the best in the world, but where are we going wrong when we pay three times the price here for what you get in France under better resolution and connection for 2/3 of the price. Why aren’t we in the streets protesting for better customer service and better service all around?

I remember when I had cable. There was something on my bill, and I had no idea what it was. I was told that I had signed on for something, but I do not recall doing that. Fortunately, I got it taken off, at least for bills after that.

    1. My mother has such a time arguing with Time Warner over items in her bill that they made free and then changed it. It is a mess. Thanks for commenting James, I’m glad you figured it out for yourself. 😀
