The staggering difference between the left and the right when it comes to climate change can never be as stark as we see it in this case. The Supreme Court has never, I know, been without an ideological slant, but to be so divisive when it comes to climate change and pollution, one would not only be a poor scholar, but also a poor human being. I realize that it is still too early to know anything of consequence about the E.P.A’s plight, but I hope that when President Sanders must list his candidates for Supreme Court Justices, he will select one, not only on their ideology regarding money is speech and corporations are people as well, but also favoring the ideology that we have the right to clean water, air and soil. That would be an amazing Supreme Court Justice.
