Women in the Armed Forces: Where Can We Go from Here?

Maybe we shouldn’t expect the changes to come from the very top down, perhaps we should be expecting the changes to come from the younger generations in the Officer pool. Middle management should be the ones to track societal changes and equality between sexes and to keep in mind that equality between sexes goes full circle from equitable equipment to medical and behavioral services. Maybe I’m am being ageist but it seems that the Chiefs at the V A and all of the Armed Forces have fallen down on the job regarding their soldiers, all of their personnel across the board and they aren’t following the honor code that the Armed Forces yell at everyone at the top of their lungs. I am not confident about our militany overall, they need to know that our eyes are on them and we feel they must be held accountable.
